For defective/damaged items, Notebookparts.com will replace the part at no additional cost to the customer provided that we are informed within the above specified period.
LCDs, all drives (CD, DVD, and Combo Drive), video cable, inverter, keyboard, memory, processors (CPU), and hard drive sales are final. These products can be returned only when they are defective and for exchange only with the same product.
MOTHERBOARDS: Please verify the part number of the motherboard you need before ordering. Due to the sensitive nature and cost of motherboards, they can only be exchanged if the item is not the exact part number ordered. Otherwise, all motherboard sales are final and items cannot be returned or exchanged for any reason. All motherboards are tested and confirmed to be in working condition when shipped. For more information or any questions about this policy, please contact our customer service department via email or phone. However, we will warranty for a period of 90 days any motherboard that we install at our facility. Please email or call us for more information.
Manufacturers Warranty : Unless otherwise stated, a manufacturers warranty on an item on our website is valid for 90 days from the day of arrival for replacement or repair. Please contact us directly with any warranty questions or fulfillment.
